Upgrading to version 8 trial message in the bottom right corner

When I tried upgrading to version 8, it keeps displaying a small modal at the bottom right of the screen and also shows a text field where tables appear saying that the trial version has ended. How do I remove all of this and fix the issue. I have gone through the provided instructions on how to upgrade a version in general and the specific instructions for upgrading to version 8
