dropdown selected value from Controller in Partial view(Edit Popup)

i'm setting my dropdown selected value from Controller in Partial view(Edit Popup) but when the PartiaVIEW is rendered the dropdown does not set the selected value and displayed all data ascendingly in order. ShortNote: i want to set selected value on dropdown

try using a textbox instead see if the value is set in the textbox
