changing the names and both button 'cancel' , 'OK' in popup?

hi I want to change the names and both button 'cancel' , 'OK' in popup using resource.resx. how can i change them in popup? if there is no way or method for changing the names and button, how can i remove the whole footer from popup(I mean CreateAction and EditAction And DeleteAction popup). I would appreciate, if you guide me properly. Best Regards
