How can set Grid only One page /Auto height/ borderless/ ?

from this demo http://demo.aspnetawesome.com/CascadingGridDemo Grid have follow this spec 1. only one page ( 50 row have 1 page or 100 have 1 page) 2. height of grid depend all content row ( no have scroll bar) 3. no border of cell in grid How I can ?

just remove the `.Height(350)` or set `.Height(0)`, and you can set `.Paging(false)`
