After purchase & download still get built using trial version

Bought the licence - downloaded - replaced mvc4 dll - replaced themes - replaced AwesomeMvc.js - double checked _layout vs install instructions - rebuilt solution - refreshed browser (all 3 of them) Still I get "Built using Trial ..." Please advise

Don't ask me why, but suddenly after many test, the trial message is gone?

besides refreshing you can also add ?version=123 to the AwesomeMvc.js script ref, also make sure to clean the bin folder and rebuild
