Create button on lookup modal

On the pro dinner example, when you host a dinner and click the country lookup, there is a search AND create button. Is this some sort of custom view or is it something that can be set on the `@Html.Awe().LookupFor` control ? I can't seem to find an example here with code for it.

it's lookup with LookupGrid mod which uses a custom popup view loaded via ajax; you can download the prodinner demo, you can look at this demo as well: https://demo.aspnetawesome.com/CrudInLookup
