Best was to bind 2 entites with relation n to m in grid

I have 2 SQL entities : - Sites - Persons there is a relation n to m between these 2 entities. I have a grid with Sites and a grid with Persons. What is the best way to have a grid or another view giving me the possibility to add/delete these links between these 2 entities ? Thanks
